These uniquely designed colored pencils create a watercolor effect with the included brush. Use like a regular colored pencil and then simply wet brush to go over the color for a watercolor wash. Each pencil contains a delicate, rich core guarded by real cedar wood for an unmatched smoothness in the laydown. Use the intense pigments to bring your ideas to life in vivid colors easier to mix so you can create unique shades. Certified AP nontoxic pencils are conveniently presharpened so they are ready to use right out of the box. Colors include red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, light blue, black, brown and white.
Use as a normal colored pencil or mix with water to create beautiful watercolor effects

Orders under $55 are charged a flat rate of $8.99.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our distribution center is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment.

If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 3 business days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.
DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements.
If you ordered the item incorrectly or changed your mind about an item, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, re-stockable item, less shipping costs. Items being returned directly to the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee, and must be returned in case quantity. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
